She's attached quite the text file on the two venues she has in mind. Absolute and relative locations, detailed descriptions, aesthetic notes, all that. The first is a medium abandoned warehouse, associated with clearance and partition ideas. The second was actually an impressive event center in days gone by but has sustained substantial damage over time and only a few rooms are intact right now; thus quite the breakdown of possibilities for progression accompanies this one - two good rooms before first tackling a bad one and so on.

Reading between the lines, Kanaya has put more work and emotional investment into the second proposal but expects Pepper to approve the safer first.

We can discuss those details later. We should figure out which location would be best for us to use first. [ She looks over them briefly before sending another message. ]
